You now get the source directly from MAMEdev or MESSdev rather than from here. Instead, the SDL capability is included in MAME and MESS, and the makefile will auto-detect if you are on a non-Windows system and run accordingly. There are no longer separate programs called SDLMAME or SDLMESS.
